Living Too Hard Too Fast. (please read!)

Sometimes I ask myself if I am really cherishing life
I often find myself rushing through it
Not taking the time to appreciate the simple things that make life Worthwhile
So many people dying and in pain
And i find myself taking my freedom
My rights
And my physical and mental ability
For granted
I don't want to live a lie
So I stop and meditate
Think about those lost to disease
Poverty
War
Violence throughout the world
Racial violence
So when night falls
I say a prayer
For all that have passed on
And thank God for the moment
I hope to make a difference in others' lives before I die
Give those who are gone
A moment of silence
