A "fag hag" is the female best friend of a gay man. Usually she has a strong personality with neurotic tendencies. The female characters in Kill Bill Vol. 1 and Vol. 2 also have strong personalities along with neurotic (or psychotic) tendencies. Wouldn't it be nice to have one of these gals as your best friend?
