» Poem: Future
Future
written by TowelytheThing

I went to look-
Deep into the crystal ball.
I saw you and me.
Standing in the hall.
I knew what was coming next.
And hoping it would be the best.
But my future was me-
Turning my back,
And walking away.
I thought to myself...
Why?
I guess we were together.
Or he broke my heart.
I guess he's more of a brother.
Than one to love like kiss.
I saw my future and the outcome was bad.
I saw past that.
And my life was perfect.
I was happy and loved,
And he was my dove.
But he broke my heart.
But after we couldn't be torn apart.
