Opened heart broken promises

Watched as it all fell apart
Wanted everything to be
Perfect
You promised me all the stars in the sky
Took a part of me when you left
I remember how I wept
Never again I say
As you walk my way
When you pass
I start to gasp
You continue on
Guess you don't know
I'm writing this down
Or that my frown is upside down
Not like you'll care
Or even see
What you ever meant to me |
