» Poem: Withered
Withered

Your...
So unfair to me
a small withered tree
When the taller tree
is burned by a blaze, you wonder
why not me?
Your cold winds whip
at my trunk
at my face
and I fight with every root I have
to stay in place
You often cut me down
just to patch me up
I weaken with every chop
Every cut, it hurts too much
My branches are breaking off and
I'm leaning to the right
and after it is way to late
you'll see
I've given up on life.
You
Your so unfair to me
A small
wounded
withered
tree...
