» Poem: My Magic Mirror
My Magic Mirror
written by Misstress_Avelina
11:54 PM 3/31/05
There is a mirror in my house
Hanging on my bedroom wall
Out of all the mirrors I have met
It’s the friendliest one of all.

Anytime of the day
I can stare into this mirror
And everything seems more beautiful
Everything seems clearer.

So if this mirror can make me
Look so good each and every day
Then why can’t all the guys at school
See me in my mirror’s way?

My mirror understands
That I am me down in the core
And not by what is on the outside
I just have to learn to love myself more.
