Do we know?

I think I've seen you before.
I can't quite remember who you are.
But then it all comes back to me...
You're the on who broke my heart.
And left me to die on the floor.
What can I do?
I thought to myself,
To get you to notice me,
But nothing would ever help.
You just looked down,
I wasn't there.
You turned around,
And saw me stare.
Do you know me?
You think you've seen me before.
You can't quite remember who I am.
But then it all comes back to you...
I'm the one you couldn't stand.
And I'm the last face you saw upon closing the door. |
