No such thing as a goodbye.

Have you ever heard those painful words spoken?
They all say it is just a part of growing, that soon it will end with the passing of time going.
But what do they know about how i felt for you? Sometimes it seemed it was too good to be true.
Since the day you went away and left me alone, I sit waiting by the phone.
Waiting for the call I know deep down will never come, because now that you're gone i have no one.
My days seem so much longer without you here, the truth seems so unclear.
I wish i could get you out of my head, but the more I try, the more it stays instead.
I want to cry every time i hear your name,it hurts so bad knowing you don't feel the same.
You were exactly what I was looking for, but i guess you wanted more.
Moving on from you seems so hard and wrong, I will just have to accept that our relationship is gone.
no more excuses to try and win you back, you're gone forever and I will just have to live with that.
When I think of you i will always have tears in my eyes, and i want you to understand that with you, theres no such thing as a goodbye. |
