» Poem: memories
memories
written by emo to the skibbies
11:50 PM 7/23/04
i opened up
our book of memories
i told you
cant you please

just remember
those times i was there
we took a drive in September
we said how much we cared

those silly situations
all the emotions i was scared to feel
and the late night conversations
now your a memory and i have to deal

fading ink and lots of blame
those picture we took
will never be the same
I'll close the scrapbook

i wont reflect on the past
it hurts to the numbing heart
should have know we wouldn't last
we cant just go back to the start

feelings only last in memories
remember in our memories
remember in our memories
feelings only last in memories
