Miss You Not

Well now I know it's all fantasy.
Don't understand why I listened to you.
After all the things you put me through.
Maybe I liked you because you were cool.
Known and respected throughout the school.
Maybe I thought you were deeper than that.
I guess I was wrong
because look where I'm at!
Why did you do that? What good did it do?
Were you trying to get back at me
for something I didn't do?
Forget it, we're done.
Don't expect to be friends.
You'll be lucky if I pass you a glance
now and then.
We all know who's won this battle we fought.
But time does go on.
And I miss you not! |
