» Poem: A vampiric tale
A vampiric tale
written by KaoticKitty87
12:56 AM 2/21/05
I stare longingly at the moon
hoping to pass from the gloom
when a shadow quickly appears
and comforts my lonely tears
I look up to the stars
while his voice calls from afar
I wearily follow the sound
while my feet stumble aground
he silently laughs at the thought
that I was so easily caught
one more victim for him tonight
before he hides from the light
I clenched his arm and looked to his eyes
as he beckoned for me to rise
he licked his lips as they formed a dreadful smile
while I looked confused and beguiled
suddenly he leapt towards me
his eyes fiercly gleamed
he grabbed me by the throat
as I began to choke
he bit into my neck
his hands were as cold as death
I cried out but he didnt stop
onto the ground I dropped
he slowly licked the blood from his lips
as he bent to give me a kiss
he sent me to my grave
to be his immortal slave
