Trying to be COMMENT PLEASE

But you will never see
I try to be the perfect son
But I will never be
I hate it when you yell
And when I have to scream
I thought I could be the perfect child
Just by being me.
Ive been alone, depressed and sad
You expect me the be perfect
When youre not the prefect dad
You expect so much and its not for my own good
I would take back all those lonley nights if I could
The nights when I felt like it was never enough
I still tried even though it was so tough
I apollogize when I mess up
But you just go on and on
You expect me to be the perfect child
When youre not the perfect mom.
Ive been trying and trying just to make you proud
Ive been trying and trying to reject listening to the sound
Of the yelling and screaming
Every time we fight,
Why did I say every time?
I could have just said every night.
Ive been trying to be the ideal daughter
Ive been trying to be the ideal son
Trying, and still trying
I have not yet won.
