» Poem: A Thanksgiving Memorized Wish
A Thanksgiving Memorized Wish
written by fuzzypunkhat
04:10 AM 11/25/04
I remember long ago,
From upon a Thanksgiving afternoon,
The turkey and the pilgrim show,
For a wish I would have soon.

About this happiness to bring to my family and friends,
This was a holiday, not a war after all,
This was the chance to tie our loose ends,
And be joyful with everyone hardcore to the wall.

Beneath the table while they had a feast,
I had sat alone with my cat,
And thought of my dilemmas to the least,
But my whole family now I had.

So I had my wish, and it came true,
For all a good thanksgiving,
And a happy holiday to you.

Happy Thanksgiving. ^.^
