My Suicidal Friend...

To say my last goodbye,
I stand up in the front,
As tears shed from my eyes.
You caused all of us pain,
As you lay in the casket,
Were you insane?
Us people here are crying.
It was your choice of course,
To lay down in your grave,
I couldnt try to save
Your little broken heart.
You really thought you were unloved,
You really thought no one cared...
Well there are 100 people here,
They are all here to share.
We share in you death,
The death caused by suicide.
You thought it was best to hide,
From the whole world.
I finish with my speech,
My speech to say goodbye,
I wont ever forgive you,
You made everyone cry...
just because you chose to die... |

| Did your friend really commit suicide? i was just wondering. I think that's a really great poem...my best friend almost committed suicide...but luckily, she didn't-she realized that i was there to stay by her side...i wouldn't have been able to live w/ myself knowing that she's gone...i give people a lot of credit for going on. Anyways, i loved your poem-you're a fantasic writer! DON'T EVER STOP! ~Christina~ |
